These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Food Sensitivity test and companion app provided by Weight Loss Solutions (“we,” “us”). By buying the test or using the app you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The test and the app

The test analyzes a sample and returns a report of food sensitivities. The companion app turns that report into a daily elimination-plan tool. Both are wellness and informational tools.

2. Not medical advice

Results, plans, and suggestions are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a substitute for a qualified health professional. Never rely on the test or app to decide whether a food is safe for you, especially with a food allergy. Consult your provider about your health and diet.

3. Purchase, delivery, and eligibility

You must be 18 or older. After purchase you receive a kit and a code to activate your results. Because the test is a personalized health service, sales are final once the kit ships or the sample is processed, except as required by law or our posted refund practices.

4. App subscription

The companion app is free for the first 21 days; continued use of its interactive features then requires a monthly subscription, unless a valid code grants free or discounted access. Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your results and report stay viewable regardless of subscription status.

5. Acceptable use

Use the test and app only for your own personal, lawful use.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The test and app are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact
