This Policy explains how Weight Loss Solutions (“we,” “us”) handles information for the Food Sensitivity test and companion app. Using our services means you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Purchase and contact details (name, email, payment handled by our processor). Health-related information: your test sample results, and, in the app, reactive foods, food and symptom logs, adherence, weight, meal photos, and preferences. Basic technical data to run the service.

2. How we use it

To process your test, deliver your report, operate the app, send account emails, process payments, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We use trusted processors only to run the service: the lab that processes your sample, hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing, and an AI provider that analyzes meal text and photos in the app to detect foods. We share information only as needed to deliver the service, and with authorities if required by law.

4. Retention, security, choices

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations, and use reasonable measures to protect it (no system is perfectly secure). You can access your results, edit preferences, cancel your subscription, and request deletion of your account data.

5. Children

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18.

6. Changes and contact
